BCA, Building & Architectural Acoustics

We provide excellent levels of service in relation to the detailed acoustic design of new projects. This includes (but not limited to) drawing mark-ups of acoustic ratings for floors, walls and services in PDF or CAD formats, acoustic details of the required constructions (not excerpts or reprints from catalogues) and other design requirements for new and existing projects. We also provide specific assessment and design for room acoustics including reverberation control.

Acoustic specification documents can be provided for particular design and construction purposes, outlining specific acoustic design goals and recommendations for the project.

To safeguard implementation of acoustic design into the development, we conduct site inspections (including defect reports), compliance testing during and post-construction, final certification inspections and reports to maintain that the development is completed in accordance with all the statutory and project specific design requirements.
